OUR DAY LONG SEASONAL WILD YOGA RETREATS INVITE YOU TO PAUSE, CELEBRATE AND FULLY IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE SEASON, EMBRACE YOUR WILDSIDE, CONNECT WITH NATURE AND THE ELEMENTS, EXPLORE EARTH MEDICINE AND NOURISH YOUR BODY, MIND AND SOUL.
Whatever path we walk there are huge benefits to aligning our lives with the cycles of nature. By working more in harmony with nature’s way we will help our bodies synchronise physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Herbs, nutrition, movement, breathing and meditation are integral to these retreat days. Seasonally inspired yoga and meditation to awaken your senses and tune into the season, a workshop on foraging and earth medicine for the season with our resident nutritionist and even an optional wild dip in the river!
Throughout the day we will enjoy the tastes of the season, making food an intentional and nourishing experience where we connect with each other and celebrate natures bounty. Enjoy kombucha and freshly baked biscuits on arrival. A deliciously wholesome plant-based lunch will be served around the table and herbal infusions served alongside cake in the afternoon. All made with local, home-grown ingredients.
Much of the day will be outside connecting with nature, either down by the river or up on the ridge around a fire. A slow relaxed pace allowing you time to truly ground yourself in the season.

I loved everything about the retreat yesterday and I appreciate what a massive amount of love, care, attention to detail and hard work went into preparing for and delivering this - from all three of you - so my deepest gratitude to you all for this. It was a very special day with a bunch of incredible people and I have come away with the renewed energy, inspiration and optimism for the season ahead.

I was one of the very lucky ones to attend the beautiful 'Ostara' Spring Equinox Retreat with Hannah on Exmoor - uplifting, nourishing, restorative + so inspirational to meet many like minded food + Nature loving souls. Wonderful conversations exchanged, wild yoga, river dipping, meditation, laughter + thoughts around rustic fires, earth medicine, birch tree tapping, a deep dive into the mushroom world - all tied together with beautiful homemade food. Magical crystal and candle gifts ending in a gorgeous tea making session + farewell reading. Huge thank yous for holding so many beautiful spaces for us + choosing such a stunning venue. There were so many personal touches by you all and delivered with such grace and kindness. Very grateful for such a magical Retreat.

A day retreat with Mooryoga and The Root Project is one everyone should experience. Hannah is such a lovely earthly human being and yoga, meditation and grounding oozes from her pores. Our outdoor day as well as being relaxing was educational and nutritious. Caroline and Haydn welcomed us into their gorgeous home and fed us both with fabulous food and foraging knowledge. Lovely to meet everyone on the day a great group of like minded ladies. Looking forward to be able to return again this year for another.
